To promote the customizable Veuve Clicquot “Carte Jaune” bottle, we were asked to develop an AR web experience.

Featured on the back cover of National Geographic UK, Clos19 elevates wine and spirits shopping to an immersive experience. By scanning an embedded QR code, users can bring the Veuve Clicquot "Carte jaune" bottle to life right on the magazine, enjoying real-time customization options. The experience invites the users to visit the online shop for more advanced personalization.

technical challenges

tracking for real-time bottle placement

We employed SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) tracking for real-time bottle placement, allowing users to visualize the bottle as if it were physically present. Additionally, we harnessed image recognition technologies to enable instantaneous, accurate customization, providing a truly interactive and user-centric experience.
